The International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD) is a Public Charity designated under the U.S. IRS code 501(c)(3). We are a nonprofit education and research organization dedicated to informing, assisting, and supporting people affected by gastrointestinal (GI) disorders.
IFFGD was founded in 1991 by one person struggling with the challenges imposed by a chronic GI disorder. Many others, from all walks of life, have joined with us.
We work with patients, families, physicians, nurses, practitioners, investigators, regulators, employers, and others to improve digestive health in the adults and children. Visit our web site at IFFGD.org.
Join with others on at DHA.org. The Digestive Health Alliance (DHA) is the grassroots arm of IFFGD. It's a community of individuals dedicated to improving the quality of life of those affected by chronic digestive conditions. DHA works to inspire change through coordinated fundraising, advocacy, and awareness efforts.
If you have gastroparesis, we need your help. We are conducting a survey aimed at identifying ways to better treat and improve daily life for people affected. To take part, click on this link: Participate in our confidential gastroparesis online survey.
